A Journey of Poems
At Fifty Two, you are invited to join me in crafting a poetry collection about life. There are 52 weeks in a year. It is my goal to craft a hardcopy reader to start every week with a contemplative mind, open to possibilities.
I go by Kash, born in 1965 and raised in an Ohio foster home. Following an unsuccessful stab at college, I found my way into the military, and became a pilot. After years flying military helicopters, which included combat time and air ambulance work, I left the military, enjoying a long civilian flying career, from flight instruction to airlines. Now retired from aviation, I write poetry and fiction. I have anonymously published poetry which flows from my own life, which includes struggles with addiction. That struggle has led to the creation of Fifty Two, a journey toward a collection of 52 poems.
